This is a purchase agreement between the buyer and seller of said puppy and is legally binding. Puppy is sold as pet quality only. The seller makes no guarantee, expressed or implied about the puppy’s ability to reproduce or the puppy’s show quality. To validate this agreement the buyer agrees to have said puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian at buyer’s expense within 3 days of purchasing/receiving the puppy. The seller does not pay any veterinary fees, shipping or handling fees, or medicine fees. The seller does not guarantee against any worms, parasites, giardia, mites of any type, hypoglycemia, coccidia, viral, kennel cough, viral or bacterial infections, or any illness that is perceived as easily contracted. Seller will replace your pet if it dies within 3 days of purchase/receipt from Parvo or Corona Virus. The buyer will provide the seller with autopsy report, by a state lab stating the cause of death. All costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Should the puppy be diagnosed within 1 year of a genetic disorder of the heart, kidney, or liver buyer agrees to replace the puppy with one of equal value within 1 year of the puppy being diagnosed. To be eligible for the replacement puppy the buyer must have puppy examined by two, unassociated veterinarians. The veterinarians’ report will be sent to the seller and the seller will have his/her veterinarian read the report and contact at least one of the veterinarians who generated the reports. Buyer may return the puppy to the seller, at the buyer’s expense. All shipping costs and veterinary costs are the buyer’s sole responsibility. All warranties are void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 7 days of purchase/receipt of puppy. Seller retains full interest in said puppy until payment is received in full. ANY AND ALL DISPUTES WILL BE HANDLED IN JOHNSON COUNTY, ARKANSAS. Buyer has read this agreement, fully understands his/her responsibilities, and is in full agreement.
